All original content produced by DeadLands, including but not limited to custom website code, logos, branding, UI designs, original graphics, lore, and custom server scripts, is the exclusive intellectual property of DeadLands. These assets are protected by international copyright laws.
2. Restrictions on Use
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying our original assets without prior written consent.
- Using automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, code, or media from our website or game server.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or "dumping" our server-side scripts or client-side assets for use on competing platforms.
3. Third-Party Intellectual Property
DeadLands utilizes assets and frameworks created by third parties.
- Rockstar Games: Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Online, and related trademarks, logos, and in-game assets are the property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. DeadLands operates as a custom community server and claims no ownership over official Rockstar assets.
- Cfx.re: The RedM modification framework is the property of Cfx.re.
We make no claim of copyright ownership over unmodified third-party assets utilized within the boundaries of fair use and modding community standards.
4. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Reporting
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content hosted on the DeadLands platform, please submit a formal takedown notice to our designated agent at legal@deadlands.gg including the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its exact location on our Platform (URL or server location).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will review all valid DMCA requests and remove or disable access to the infringing material as required by applicable law.
